What do we do at a Qi Gathering?

We begin with a brief introduction of what Zhineng Qigong is and about Dr Pang, the creator of Zhineng Qigong and the medicine-less hospital.

​Then we explore level one Zhineng Qigong. We do the movements of  Lift Chi Up - Pour Chi Down, the standing meditation - Three Centers Merge, and we practice La Chi.

​After a short break we move on to level two and do all the Body - Mind Movements.

​We end our day with Sound Healing, which is from level three Zhineng Qigong.

​Each level takes us deeper into the practice.

​Throughout the Qi Gathering questions and comments are welcome.

​As a follow up to the Gathering, I email all participants some recordings and videos that I've made related to Zhineng Qigong.

I have been creating recordings and videos about the practice of Zhineng Qigong. I'm just learning how to do this so they are crude. I promise that I will get better at it over time.

Relaxation is Vital

Consider doing this for one day - Set a timer on your phone, watch, computer at one hour increments for your whole day. When the timer goes off, stop what you are doing and three times say the word relax. I et it will make the rest of your hour go much better.
