I'm making good use of this cold and snowy week to get caught up on a lot of things. My Qigong practices on Friday last week and today were canceled because of the negative degree temperatures so other than to shovel or play with Shalom (my Border Collie) I haven't been out of the house since Wednesday.
My website is updated.
clutter cleared two closets
painted a bench and a stool ( I just got into using chalk paint - It is so much fun!)
stained a shelf I bought at Goodwill
finished one toothbrush rug and started another
finished one book and started another
And it's only Monday. What will I do the rest of the week?
How about you?
When there's arctic temperatures and you don't live in the arctic what do you do?
Do you work on crafts, house or work projects?
Or do you use your time to read a good book or take a long bath?
Do you write in your journal, work on your next book?
Are you writing a blog? Maybe you should.
Winter is the time for introspection. What creative ideas are growing in your imagination during this time? What trips will you take this year? There are so many wishes - dreams - desires - so much to think about - and all things are possible. Yes, they are.
I love hearing from all of you. Let me know how this week has been for you.
Was it productive or contemplative? What projects are you working on? Do you need some encouragement or someone to bounce ideas off? I'm here for you.
I'm working on my calendar today. Quite a few people have contacted me asking questions about or to set a date for their Qi Gathering. This is going to be a fun and healthy year for all of us!
Today I created a page on my website that explains what a Qi Gathering is and why you would want to host one. Here's the link. The calendar is delightfully filling and I am scheduling new Qi Gatherings starting in May. I am available for Qi Gatherings on Thursdays-Saturdays & Sundays - mornings or afternoons.
Stay warm - stay healthy - and don't forget to Move Our Energy!
