There are many benefits to walking.
There are many benefits to practicing Qigong.
What happens when you combine walking and Qigong?
It's almost like Magic!

Your body relaxes. Your mind relaxes. You breathe more fully. Your blood flows. You place yourself in a place of healing.

At the "For Women Only" Qigong practice we have been doing the Crane Walk for the last two months. Click here for an example of what that looks like.

 

Next week we will begin Guo Lin Walking. Qigong Master Guo Lin created this style of walking when she was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. She lived for 34 years after her diagnosis and died from causes unrelated to cancer.

In hospitals throughout China patients gather and practice Guo Lin walking together.

Please join us at the Two Sisters Event Center in Mauston, WI on Tuesdays from 1:30 - 2:30 and learn how walking can help you to improve your health physically, emotionally and Spiritually.
