There are so many exciting things happening in my life and I am grateful for each experience and for all the people who have supported me on my journey.
I emailed you a few weeks ago to let you know that I created a new Moving Your Energy website. I hope you've had time to look at it.
Many people are enjoying the Breathe page on the website. On this page there are 12 photos. As you watch the series of photos be aware of your breath. Do you inhale and exhale with each picture? Do you inhale on one and exhale on the next?
Count the numbers of breaths you take during the course of the slideshow. When the slideshow begins again see if you can take less breaths.
Many people breathe about 20 times per minutes. Ideally we should to take 6 - 10 breaths per minute. Did you know that the mammals that live the longest are those that breathe the slowest? So if you slow down your breath and you can extend your life.
