Many things have changed since I created my first Moving Your Energy website in July of 2011. The changes that I've made through out the years on my website are a reflection of the changes in my life, my business and my interests. I'm sure you've seen many changes in your life as well over these last six years. A good friend once told me that the only thing in life that is constant, is change. I can't think of a truer statement.
I have been putting off updating my website for quite a while now but it's time. I need to create a new Moving Your Energy website, that reflects the new me.
Much of my focus in life and work is on energy. How could it not be? Everything is Energy! The three statements below are from my original Moving Your Energy website and are appropriate to be carried over to this new one.
What Einstein said many years ago "Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another" holds true today.
Dr. Oz said on the Oprah Show that "energy medicine is the medicine of the future". I find it interesting that it was also the medicine of the past. No matter how far we evolve we find ourselves back to the beginning of the circle.
Master Chunyi Lin, founder of Spring Forest Qigong, teaches that illness comes about when there is a blockage in our energy system. Those blockages can be the result of stress, injury, wrong medications, change of weather, our environment, and poor diet.
The Moving Your Energy Facebook page will be updated more frequently than the website so please click on the Facebook icon then "LIKE" the page and choose "get notifications".
Master Chunyi Lin was my first qigong teacher. I learned much from him and will forever be grateful for the foundation he gave me. In my first class with Master Lin he said that we shouldn't be jumping from one style of qigong to another. He suggested that we choose a qigong style and study that one until we understand it, then we can begin looking at other styles.
Over the last year I have been exploring other teachers and other types of qigong. My foundation will always be in the teaching of Spring Forest Qigong but now, in my personal practice and in my practice groups, I am incorporating other movements that I feel meld very nicely with those taught by Master Lin. I've found that people are receptive to the new movements. With this in mind, you will see that I no longer refer to my practice groups as Spring Forest Qigong practice groups but rather Qigong practice groups so that there is no confusion about what I am teaching.
I invite you to come to one of the three qigong practice groups I facilitate in central Wisconsin and experience how easy it is to improve your health by MOVING YOUR ENERGY.
